Bumps to 0.3.0 so PyPI can ship the PostCompact / SessionStart(compact) re-injection feature (PR #6), which the published 0.2.0 predates.
Verified locally: twine check passes; clean-venv install of the 0.3.0 wheel confirms hook_compact is importable and PostCompact is registered in the installer. Upload to PyPI follows after merge.
